EPOXY APPLICATION PROCESS
Time required to complete the project will vary depending on the custom options. It can take between four and eight steps. Light items can be returned to the garage around day four and your vehicle on day eight. A typical application process is shown below. Day 1 Shot blast surface for greater adhesion Apply filler to surface cracks (1 - 2 days depending on severity of cracks) Day 2 Grind down surface of cracks that received bonding filler Apply primer coat Day 3 Lightly sand out rough spots on surface Apply base coat Apply flaking options Day 4 Apply one layer of clear coat (Additional clear coats will add extra sheen & protection) |
